Shipping policy

Our couriers operate between 9-5 Monday-Friday. If there is a day that you will be unable to accept delivery, please inform us at checkout in the notes section. Please also include a safe location where our couriers can leave your parcel. Any delivery that is attempted but cannot be completed may be chargeable.

All goods are protected, wrapped and dispatched from our warehouse. All products are quality checked before they are wrapped and packed for dispatch to ensure that your purchase reaches you in good condition.

However, from time to time do understand a small number of products can get damaged in transit via couriers. When your order arrives, all goods must be checked for damage and missing items and any issues must be reported to us within 24 hours. If your parcel is damaged, you must sign for as damaged or refuse the goods. If you accept the delivery and sign as damaged, you must report this to us and photograph the delivery note and the damage to your goods or the package.

Please report your issues via email to admin@callidustrade.co.uk with your customer order number, contact details and the issues along with any photographs. Typically emails take 24 hours for a response and are dealt with between 10am and 11am Monday to Thursday. If you do not receive an email back from us within this time, please call us on 01626 905454.

Shipping Batteries and Other Items outside of mainland Great Britain

Shipping prices are calculated based on shipping prices to mainland Great Britain. We reserve the right to withdraw the free shipping offer for orders including but not limited to those containing batteries being shipped outside of mainland Great Britain. 

Next Business Day Delivery

Please note that while we offer a next business day delivery service, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered the next day. Additionally, the following delivery locations are excluded from our next day delivery service: airports, wharfs, docks, container bases, BFPO addresses, PO Box numbers, RADs, building sites, exhibition stands, or any address that is subject to a booking-in procedure. Delivery addresses outside mainland Great Britain are also excluded from our next day delivery service. If you require further information or have any questions about our shipping policy, please contact our customer service team. All orders made with Next Business Day Delivery will need to be made before 1:30pm to be sent the same day and these must be made on business days that aren't around national holiday periods or bank holidays. 

Holiday Periods & Bank Holidays

Our warehouse closes for bank holidays and in December from the week leading up to Christmas. This year (2024) we will be closed from Monday 23rd of December until Wednesday the 1st of January (Both dates inclusive) All orders placed between this period will be sent from the 2nd of January onwards. Due to shipping restrictions around the Christmas period we may cut off the order date early and will continue to process orders upon return. Customers have been advised to order before the 18th of December at midday to improve the probability that they receive their orders before Christmas.
