This a powerful solar panel kit for sheds and is good for general needs. This solar kit is ideal for keeping your battery charged. 

Did you know the average sun hours per day in the UK can range from just 1 hour in December to over 7 hours in June. On that basis we assume overall average of 4 hours per day your 175W Solar Panel could produce 460wh per day on average clearly more in summer than winter. 

ILoad output Over-discharge of the battery can be prevented by connecting all loads to the load output, the load output will disconnect the load when the battery has been discharged to a pre-set voltage. Some loads (especially inverters) are best connected directly to the battery, and the inverter remote control connected to the load output. A special interface cable may be needed, please see the manual. The connect and disconnect voltages are adjustable. Day/night timing of the load output This option allows for a pre-set ON-time after dusk.  The ABS mounts can be safely bonded to the surface removing the need to drill holes.  

CT1 For use with our stick down semi flex solar panels and ABS mounting kits - also great for sealing cable holes, apply with a standard cartridge caulking gun or pneumatic version at approximately 6 bar (108psi)

This double cable entry gland is perfect for feeding cables through to the inside of a building and ensuring a completely watertight installation. It is ideal for mounting solar panels on buildings, garages, sheds etc. The compact and lightweight design of this curved entry gland allows for discreet, aesthetically pleasing mounting of your solar panels, and is ideal for applications where the entry gland is clearly visible. This cable entry gland is suitable for any cable with a diameter of 3-7 mm.

What is the difference between monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar panels?

The main difference between the two technologies is in the crystal purity of the panel cells. Monocrystalline solar panels have solar cells made from a single crystal of silicon while polycrystalline solar panels have solar cells made from several fragments of silicon melted together. The crystalline purity of the cells of monocrystalline solar panels is therefore much higher than that of polycrystalline solar panels.

A low-cost alternative to an MPPT, a PWM is great for keeping batteries charged for long periods of time.
