Victron 12V Smart Battery to Battery Charging Kit (KIT61)

This system is built around a non-isolated DC-DC charger, which is designed for vehicles where the batteries share a common ground. It uses 16mm² high-grade copper cabling to ensure that power flows efficiently with minimal voltage drop, even over longer distances.

The unit features an adaptive three-stage charging algorithm that adjusts the power based on the battery's needs, along with built-in engine running detection to ensure it only draws power when you are actually driving. You can also fully programme the settings to suit your specific battery type using the integrated Bluetooth connection.

We have designed this kit for a 12V System including 16mm2 cable.

What is included in the box?

We have put this package together to ensure you have a high-standard finish with all the necessary components in one place.

The main power components:

• 1 x Victron Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC Charger (Non-isolated) 12/12 30 Amp.

Cabling and connections:

• 6 metres of red 16mm² specialist cable.
• 2 metres of black 16mm² specialist cable.
• 4 x 16mm² x 6mm copper lugs for solid connections.
• 5 x 16mm² x 8mm copper lugs for solid connections.

Safety and protection:

• 2 x Midi fuse holders.
• 2 x 60A Midi fuses to keep the system protected.

To help you with the setup, a clear wiring diagram will be emailed to you as part of your shipment confirmation to guide you through the process.
