The Victron BlueSolar PWM-LCD&USB 12/24V 20A is a user-friendly solar charge controller designed for modest off-grid solar systems. It automatically senses whether your battery system is 12 V or 24 V, and employs pulse width modulation (PWM) to regulate the charging process across three stages (bulk, absorption and float). 

Its built-in LCD provides status, diagnostics and configuration options, making it easy to monitor system performance. The device also offers two 5 V USB outputs (combined up to 2 A) for auxiliary device charging. 

Loads can be connected via its programmable load output, which includes low voltage disconnect, timer functions and over-current/short-circuit protection. The controller includes full protection against reverse polarity on battery or solar input, overload, short circuit and temperature stress.

All in all, this controller is ideal for smaller solar installations, lighting circuits, boats, cabins or any application needing reliable, configurable solar charging with user feedback.
