CCGX dongle for VE.Bus large systems

Use this dongle in VE.Bus systems consisting of 5 or more Multis or Quattros.
How these devices are configured, in parallel or multple-phase, is not important. Without this dongle it is not always possible to switch a system back on after switching it off from the Color Control GX menus.
