The BAT524130620 is a professional-grade 25.6V lithium battery that represents a significant leap forward in energy storage. As part of the Next Generation (NG) series, this 300Ah model features a highly advanced integrated shunt. This allows the battery to transmit precise data regarding voltage, current, and temperature directly to your management system. This level of detail ensures your power bank is always operating at peak efficiency and allows for highly accurate state-of-charge readings.
Designed specifically for 24V architectures, this battery is remarkably efficient with a 92 per cent round-trip efficiency rate. This means very little power is wasted when moving energy in and out of the cells. For those with larger requirements, you can connect up to 50 of these batteries in parallel to create a massive storage bank. The unit is also physically versatile; while it is a substantial 52 kg unit, it can be mounted upright or on its side to fit your available space, and it comes with dedicated mounting brackets to ensure it is safely secured against movement.
Safety and longevity are the hallmarks of this series. To protect your investment, this battery must be used with a Victron NG-approved Battery Management System (BMS), such as the Lynx Smart BMS NG. The BMS acts as a constant guardian, automatically balancing the cells and protecting the battery from overcharging, deep discharge, or extreme temperatures. With a cycle life of up to 5,000 cycles at 50 per cent depth of discharge, this battery is a reliable, long-term solution for anyone serious about their energy security.
