Solar Panel 190W-39 cells Mono 1485x668x30mm series 4c

This 190W solar panel is designed to help you capture as much energy as possible from the sun to power your home, boat, or motorhome. It works brilliantly even on those typically grey, overcast days because it is highly sensitive to light across the entire solar spectrum.

If you are looking for a reliable way to charge your batteries and stay independent from the mains, this sturdy and efficient panel is the perfect starting point. It is built to be tough enough for the outdoors while being simple enough to get up and running quickly.

Works in low light: This panel is designed to keep producing power even when the sun is behind the clouds or light levels are low. Stays cool and efficient: It features a special design that helps it maintain high performance even when the weather gets very hot. Built for the elements: The sturdy aluminium frame and toughened glass are made to resist impacts and stand up to harsh outdoor conditions. Shade protection: Built in safety components ensure that if part of the panel is in the shade, the rest of the panel keeps working to provide power. Decades of power: You can rely on this investment for the long term as it comes with a 25 year warranty on its power output. Simple connection: The panel comes ready to go with a quick connect cable system that makes plugging it into your system very straightforward. Dimensions: 1485 x 668 x 30mm Weight: 11kg

Product Details

The SPM041903903 is a high performance monocrystalline solar panel from the Victron BlueSolar series, delivering a nominal power of 190 Watts. With an efficiency rating of 19.16 percent, it is an excellent choice for users who need to maximise their energy harvest within a specific footprint. Measuring 1485 by 668 millimetres, it offers a substantial power output while remaining manageable for roof mounting on vehicles or structures.

Durability is a core feature of this model. It uses an advanced EVA encapsulation system and a triple layer back sheet to protect the solar cells from the environment. The front is protected by high transmission tempered glass which provides enhanced stiffness and resistance to impacts, such as hail. The entire unit is housed in a sturdy, anodised aluminium frame that is compatible with a variety of standard mounting systems.

Technically, the panel is optimised for real world conditions. Its low voltage-temperature coefficient enhances operation in high temperatures, preventing the significant power drops that can affect lesser panels. To manage the effects of partial shading, high performance bypass diodes are integrated into the sealed, waterproof junction box. These diodes minimise the power drop caused by shade, ensuring your battery continues to charge even if a leaf or shadow falls across part of the module.

For ease of installation, the panel is pre-wired with a quick-connect MC4 system, allowing for secure and weather-resistant electrical connections.
