The CaroVolt Sixty100 has been engineered by Zower Energy based on hands-on operational experience. It is a high-capacity Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) that provides a bridge between traditional power generation and modern, clean energy needs. At its core is a modular Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery architecture, offering a substantial 102.4 kWh of nominal storage with 92.2 kWh of usable energy. This is paired with an industrial three-phase inverter platform that delivers a steady 60 kW of continuous power, and it can even handle peaks of up to 75 kW when your equipment needs that extra initial boost.
Safety and serviceability are the foundations of this design. Unlike many other systems, the CaroVolt features separate compartments for the batteries and the inverters. This helps with heat management and makes the unit much easier to inspect and maintain. For emergency situations, the system is equipped with full AC and DC isolation as well as an inbuilt fire suppression system. It is a system built to be easier to support and more deliberate in how it protects your site.
Transportation and deployment have been simplified to suit the rental and construction industries. The unit is compatible with pallet trucks and features both front and side forklift access points.
