The Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC charger is an adaptive 3-stage charger (bulk – absorption – float) designed for dual battery systems, such as in vehicles or on boats where the starter battery (hence the alternator) is used to charge the service battery.

Designed for vehicles with Euro 5 or Euro 6 engines equipped with smart alternators, the Orion-Tr Smart B2B eliminates the limitations of basic Voltage Sensitive Relays (VSRs) and offers a viable charging solution.

With a straightforward installation process that requires access to the vehicle's starter battery, the Orion-Tr Smart B2B is user-friendly and efficient. The 18A model charges the leisure battery at a rate of 18A/hr.


Smart Functionality with Bluetooth:

Equipped with built-in Bluetooth, the Victron battery to battery charger connects wirelessly to the VictronConnect App, available on Android or iOS devices. This smart functionality allows for wireless monitoring, programming, and remote control via a switch.


Versatile Charger for Various Applications:

Ideal for dual battery systems in vehicles or boats where the alternator and start battery charge the service battery. The Orion Tr-Smart charger is suitable for both lead acid and lithium batteries, with models available up to 400W. It operates effectively in high temperatures up to 55°C, providing a full-rated output up to 40°C.
